Latvian Dual-Use Export Forum 2026

Over the past year, the importance of dual-use technologies, defence innovation, and resilient supply chains have continued to grow across Europe. This year's forum will build on the strong foundation established in 2025, bringing together Latvian and international companies, defence sector stakeholders, government institutions, investors, and system integrators to explore new cooperation opportunities and strengthen international partnerships.

This year, the forum will be hosted in Rēzekne, a strategically important city on NATO's eastern flank, providing a unique setting for discussions on security, resilience, and dual-use innovation.

What to expect in 2026?

• More than 170 participants, including approximately 50 international companies and 120 Latvian businesses;
• Over 180 structured B2B meetings;
• Direct access to potential customers, partners, suppliers, investors, and NATO/EU system integrators;
• Expert discussions on dual-use exports and defence industry developments;
• Technology showcases and networking opportunities.
