A delegation of Latvian innovators and industry leaders in port logistics, offshore wind, energy, AI, data centers, water management, and industrial manufacturing is heading to Dunkirk, France, for a trade mission during the 21st AIVP World Conference "Cities & Ports" from November 3–6, 2026.

Taking place in the Hauts-de-France region—one of Europe's primary hubs for industrial transformation—this global forum gathers port authorities, municipalities, investors, and industrial pioneers from around the world.

Our delegation is arriving to foster international partnerships, showcase sustainable European tech solutions, and drive joint projects in industrial decarbonization, smart port infrastructure, and green transition.
