How Digital Solutions Helped Improve Car Rental Services in Latvia: SIA ‘’Ivory Rentals’’ Experience Story

Ivory Rentals is a Latvian car rental company offering car rental in Riga, car rental with delivery to Riga Airport and elsewhere in Latvia. The company provides short-term and long-term vehicle rentals for private individuals and businesses. The company’s services are also regularly used by international travellers and business clients, who particularly appreciate the option to pick up and return a vehicle at Riga Airport.

With the support of the LIAA Digitalisation Support programme, the company developed a new website with a modern online booking system and implemented significant UX and design improvements. As a result, the booking process has become faster and more convenient, while the website is clearer, more intuitive and responsive, ensuring comfortable use across different devices and screen sizes.

SIA 'Ivory Rentals' has entered into Agreement No. 9.2-17-L-2025/996 (12.05.2025.) with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia for receiving support under measure “2.2.1.2.i. Investments – Support for the Digitalisation of Business Processes”, financed by the Recovery Fund. Objective of the activity: As a result of the activity, the following measure was implemented: investments in the digitalisation of business processes – development of a new company website with an e-commerce solution.
