instadial joins the LIAA business incubation programme immediately after being founded

Latvian startup instadial is developing a voice-based artificial intelligence (AI) assistant capable of both receiving and initiating phone calls, conducting full-fledged conversations with customers, booking services, and automating a range of customer service processes. The solution was originally developed for the healthcare sector, but the company is now adapting it for the insurance, real estate, and other service sectors as well. Within a few months of the company’s founding, pilot projects were implemented in more than 10 clinics in Latvia, the first paying customers were acquired, and negotiations on cooperation began both in Latvia and abroad.
Although the company was founded only in March of this year, its development plans had been clear long before that. The team deliberately sought opportunities to accelerate product development and better prepare for market entry, which is why, upon the company’s founding, it joined the business incubation programme set up by the Jūrmala office of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA).
“When we founded the company, it was already clear to us that the problem we were addressing was relevant and that there was market interest. At the same time, however, we realised that a great deal of work lay ahead—refining the product, attracting customers, and addressing legal issues. That’s why joining the LIAA incubation programme was a logical next step for us,” says Olga Ļesņikoviča-Riņķe, the company’s co-founder and CEO.
She acknowledges that the opportunity to receive expert advice and regular feedback from people with experience in business development is particularly valuable. “Sometimes, for a new company, the most important thing isn’t funding, but rather the opportunity to discuss ideas with people who have already walked a similar path. The incubation programme provides access to expert knowledge, helps assess priorities, and helps avoid mistakes that can be very costly in the early stages,” she says.
The company plans to use the opportunities provided by the incubation programme for further product development, marketing, and export preparation. Equally important is the opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs and potential partners. “By joining, we gained not only a support programme but also a community. It’s valuable for us to meet other entrepreneurs who are facing similar challenges, sharing their experiences, and helping us look at our business from a different perspective,” Olga says.
Although the company plans to focus on the Latvian market in the near future, instadial has also received interest from potential clients in Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, and Germany.
