Registration has begun for participation in the EBRD Annual Meeting and Business Forum, which will take place in Riga this year

Registration is now open for participation in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Annual Meeting and Business Forum, which will take place in Riga from June 5 to 7 this year. This will be the EBRD's 35th annual meeting, bringing together government representatives, investors, business leaders, policymakers and opinion leaders from around the world, making Riga an important center for international dialogue and cooperation.
The event will combine high-level political discussions with a business forum program, creating an internationally significant platform for exchanging views on global challenges, investment priorities, and future economic development trends.
The main theme of the meeting is "From volatility to diversity: national innovation in a changing world," emphasizing how economies are adapting to today's changing conditions by promoting innovation, digitalization, and sustainable economic growth.
The annual meeting is one of the most important events on the global development, investment and economic agenda. It brings together government representatives, investors, private sector leaders, non-governmental organization representatives, and opinion leaders to discuss current challenges and opportunities in the region's and global economic development. The meeting will feature high-level plenary sessions, investment sessions, thematic discussions, networking events, and bilateral meetings, promoting the formation of new partnerships and attracting investment.
The choice of Riga as the venue highlights the importance of Latvia and the Baltic region in the international economic arena and confirms the country's ability to host high-level international events. The meeting will provide significant visibility for both Latvia and the region, while creating opportunities for local businesses and organizations to establish contacts with international partners.
Interested parties are already invited to register, as registration is open to a wide range of stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, representatives of non-governmental organizations, and the media. Registration will continue until May 29, 2026.
