Expansion and Structural Updates to the Business.gov.lv Platform
You are currently in the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) e-services environment – liaa.business.gov.lv.
This is a dedicated platform where you can apply for LIAA support programmes and manage your submissions.
In addition, the Business.gov.lv platform provides a unified public services catalogue for entrepreneurs, bringing together services from various public authorities in one place.
Public Services Catalogue
In the Public Services section, you can:
find services relevant to your business based on life situations;
search for services by keyword or responsible authority;
review concise service descriptions;
proceed to receive the service in the respective authority’s system.
The catalogue serves as a central entry point to the public services ecosystem.
Authorised Environment – the Entrepreneur’s Digital Workspace (under development)
A unified authorised environment is also being developed within the Business.gov.lv platform. Its objective is to become a digital collaboration space between entrepreneurs and public authorities.
Planned functionality includes:
a consolidated overview of applications and communications;
tracking the status of submitted requests;
structured document exchange;
personalised notifications and recommendations;
integrated cooperation with various public information systems.
The long-term goal is to gradually create an environment where entrepreneurs can manage their interactions with the public sector in one place — not only within LIAA, but across the broader public services ecosystem.
LIAA e-services form part of this environment and serve as the foundation for further integration within the unified platform.
