Enterprise Europe Network in Latvia

The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) provides advice on legislation, entrepreneurship, international cooperation, fundraising, as well as technology and innovation audits to help with international technology transfer.

EEN is a European Commission project, the main objective of which is to help small and medium-sized enterprises grow internationally.

Who is it for?

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Latvia looking to grow their business internationally, engage in technology collaboration, or find partners abroad.

Support provided by the programme

• Advice on foreign markets, legislation, and business environment in other countries.
• Assistance in finding cooperation partners abroad and establishing international partnerships.
• Guidance on funding and EU projects.
• Innovation and technology audit and help with technology transfer.
• Tailored access to public procurement systems for companies.

Duration / Programme Period

• The current project phase runs from 1 July 2025 to end of 2028.
• It is financed under the EU’s Single Market Programme.

Non‑eligible / Requirements

• Eligible only for companies that meet the SME definition.
• The programme operates on a “one-stop agency” principle — businesses receive consistent support no matter which EEN office they contact.
