SIA Rītausmas Steel Constructions is engaged in the manufacture of various types of metal structures and structural parts (NACE 25.11). The company was founded in 2013 and employs 69 people. Production processes in the company, as well as their tracking, are not significantly automated. Therefore, currently the most relevant area where digital transformation is needed is working time accounting, work planning in production, which would be simultaneously connected to warehouse inventory accounting and sales planning system. The implementation of a new resource and production planning solution would prevent production downtime, ensure timely project execution, as well as their tracking in the production flow, ensure optimization of planning resources, increase productivity, and ensure process digitalization and control in general.
