The Riga Ropax Terminal project includes:

Territorial development

A mixed-use development is planned for this 20-hectare territory, with great attention and emphasis on the improvement of public space and the creation of a people-friendly environment in order to revitalize this part of Riga, which is located directly on the banks of the Daugava River. As part of the project development, the development of the southern part of the Export Port is planned, which is located within the protection zone of the historical center of Riga and makes up 2/3 of the total territory, it includes the EO-6 pier and the northern part of the Export Port near the EO-7 and EO-8 piers.

The role of the terminal in the development of the city of Riga

The central part of the Ropax project The object is the development of the terminal, along with which the overall growth of the adjacent territories and the neighborhood is also planned. The terminal will serve as one of the transit nodes in the city, connecting the Pētersala-Andrejsala neighborhood with the center and even Europe and the world. The project in Riga will create a unified passenger infrastructure, improving both everyday movement from point to point, and will also help travelers arrive in Riga faster and more conveniently, explore it and return from their trip to their home country.
